By accessing or using AuraPDF (aurapdf.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

AuraPDF provides free online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, converting (JPG, PNG, HEIC, URL to PDF), protecting, unlocking, watermarking, page manipulation, and PDF analysis. All tools are provided free of charge and accessed through your web browser. No software installation is required.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AuraPDF only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or executable code
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to abuse the service
• Attempt to overload servers or disrupt service for other users
• Use the service to infringe on the intellectual property of others

File Ownership & Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to files you upload and download
• You are responsible for having proper rights to uploaded files
• AuraPDF does not claim any ownership of your files
• We do not access, read, or analyze file contents beyond processing
• Processed files are your property

Service Limitations

• Maximum file size: 50 MB per file
• Maximum files per request: varies by tool (typically 10–20 files)
• Files are automatically deleted after 30 minutes
• Service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance
• Processing times vary based on file size and complexity
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime

No Warranty

AuraPDF services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free processing results. Always keep original copies of your files.

Limitation of Liability

AuraPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for data loss or corruption. Always maintain backups of important files before processing.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AuraPDF at any time without prior notice. We may also block access for users who violate these terms. Rate limiting is enforced automatically to ensure fair usage.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of AuraPDF after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AuraPDF will be resolved through good faith negotiation first.
