File Processing & Security

When you upload a file to AuraPDF, it is processed securely and temporarily:

• Files are uploaded to secure servers for processing only
• All file transfers use TLS/HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3)
• Files are automatically deleted within 30 minutes of processing
• Files are never stored permanently
• Files are never shared with third parties
• Files are never used to train AI models
• Each processing request runs in an isolated server environment

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general site usage patterns such as page views and traffic sources. Our analytics do not track individual users, record file contents, or use advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

AuraPDF uses the following infrastructure providers to deliver our service:

• Vercel — Frontend hosting and content delivery
• Railway — Backend processing infrastructure

These services process server requests but do not access, read, or store your file contents beyond the scope of processing your request.

Data Retention

• Uploaded files: Deleted within 30 minutes
• Processed results: Deleted within 30 minutes
• Server logs: Retained for up to 7 days for debugging, then deleted
• No permanent data storage of any user files or content

Your Rights

Since AuraPDF does not collect personal data, there is no personal information to request, modify, or delete. You can use all tools without creating an account. You retain full ownership of all files you upload and download.

GDPR Compliance

AuraPDF processes files only — we do not collect, store, or process personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data controller or processor relationship is established through use of our tools. If you believe we hold any personal data about you, please contact us and we will address your concern promptly.

Children's Privacy

Our service is available to users of all ages. Since we do not collect personal information from any user, no special measures for children's data are required.
